Summer’s over, and parents are facing the bedtime struggle! 🌙😴 A whopping 90% of mums and dads say getting kids back to a school-friendly sleep schedule post-holidays is tricky. With little ones used to later summer nights, that early bedtime seems miles away.

A survey of 1,000 parents with kids aged 4 to 12 finds two big culprits: resistance to early bedtimes and too much pre-sleep screen time. Some parents even admit they’re a bit lost on what makes a ‘good’ bedtime routine. But fear not, help is here!

Pampers Ninjamas and psychologist Dr Kimberley Bennett have teamed up to help parents get back on track with a ‘Reset the Routine’ activity chart. It’s perfect for easing children—and parents—back into the swing of things. Dr Bennett points out that structure is key to making kids feel secure, and this can even help with bedwetting—a common issue many keep quiet about.

Over 60% say bedtime routines impact attention at school, and 53% link it to overall development. Some parents are asking for more advice to steady those nighttime habits confidently.
