🚨 Important Alert for UK Parents! 🚨

Are you making the most of your Child Benefit? Make sure you don’t miss out on up to £2,252 by renewing your claim before 31 August! 💰
If your child has just turned 16 and is still in full-time education or training, it’s vital to update your information with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) to continue receiving these payments. It’s quick and easy to do either online or through the HMRC app.

For 2025/26, you can receive a weekly rate of £26.05 for your first child and £17.25 for each additional one. That’s £1,355 a year for one child and up to £2,252 for two! 🎓🤖
💡TIP: Even if your income is up to £60,000, you’re eligible for full Child Benefit. If it’s between £60,000 and £80,000, a high-income charge may apply. Above £80,000, the charge will likely cancel out the benefit.

If your teen is 16 or 17 and staying in approved full-time education or training, make sure to renew your claim by 31 August to keep those benefits coming. This includes options like A-levels, NVQs and certain unpaid training, but doesn’t cover university degrees. 🎒
Remember: you can only backdate claims for up to three months, so act fast! Missed out when your child was born? You can apply until they turn 16, or up to 20 if they’re still studying. 📅
Be sure to let HMRC know if your child is still studying once they turn 16 or your payments may stop. Find out more on the Gov.uk website – don’t delay! ⌛
