The Met Office had issued a yellow wind warning covering most of England and all of Wales, lasting until 6 pm on Tuesday. The blustery weather isn’t done with us yet—brace yourselves for more rain as warnings are in place for parts of Wales, starting Wednesday. Overnight, gusts reached a staggering 80mph!

Forecasters predict up to 60mm of rain could drench areas in north-west Wales within just six hours. Regions like Ceredigion, Conwy, Gwynedd, and Powys are on high alert from 3 am to 12 pm on Wednesday. A second alert, from 6 am to 11 pm, targets south and south-west Wales, where up to 70mm is expected, especially in hilly regions.
