🌧️ Tired of constant rain in Wales? We’ve got a glimmer of hope! 🌤️

The Met Office has just shared a long-range forecast suggesting that brighter days might be headed our way. Though we’ve been battling through a seemingly endless downpour, forecasts indicate that towards the end of September, we might finally see some drier, settled weather!

From September 21st to the 30th, expect a mix of rain and showers, especially in central, southern, and eastern areas. But hang in there, because chances for longer, drier spells are on the horizon—especially in the north and northwest of the country. As temperatures start to dip, we could also see some patchy fog and rural frost.
Looking ahead to October, it seems the UK may experience slow-moving weather patterns, offering occasional dry days. But don’t pack away your umbrellas just yet—low-pressure systems could still bring rain to parts of the UK. Temperatures are expected to fluctuate around the average mark.
As for this week, prepare for a damp and mild start to Thursday, with potential drizzle in the west and some sunny breaks in the east. The weekend promises changeable weather, with showers, rain, and a few brighter moments, especially on Friday. It’s breezy with temperatures remaining around average, turning cooler later on Sunday.
Hang tight, Wales! Fingers crossed for some dry spells soon! 🤞🌦️
