Unlikely duo organizes candlelight vigil to honor a stranger they never knew

Two strangers, Sinnead Tanisha Marie Ali and Ann Marie Davies, have come together to organise a heartfelt vigil for a woman they never met. After learning about the tragic death of 32-year-old Nirodha Niwunhella in Cardiff, these compassionate locals felt compelled to honour her memory.
