🌧️ Heads up, Wales! 🌧️

It’s going to be a soggy start to the week as yellow weather warnings for rain are in effect across five areas: Cardiff, Swansea, Carmarthen, Powys, and Monmouth. While it’s the least severe warning, it could still cause some travel headaches.
Expect downpours and temperatures starting off chilly – around 4°C in Caernarfon, reaching up to 7°C in Swansea and Cardiff. Don’t be caught off guard as the wet weather moves east on Monday afternoon, bringing strong winds and more rain throughout the week.

Don’t put away those umbrellas just yet! Two flood alerts from Friday are still in place. The good news? Overnight, the rain should ease, leaving some parts dry. But keep an eye out for patchy frost in rural areas, with temps possibly hitting 0°C tonight.
As the week kicks off, Monday morning will be cloudy and chilly with some drizzle, giving way to heavier rain later on. Those rainy systems from the Atlantic are sticking around, so brace for more showers and breezy days ahead. ❄️ And, a snowy surprise might be in store from Tuesday night.
Stay dry and keep safe, everyone! 💧🌂
