🔍 **Police Comb Cardiff Park in Search for Charlene Hobbs** 🔍

Police in Cardiff have intensified their search for Charlene Hobbs, missing since July 2024, by scouring Moorland Gardens in Splott. It’s now part of a murder investigation. Over the weekend, officers were seen combing through the park and surrounding areas. Residents noted the presence of police vans and increased activity around the location.
This search is just one part of a broader investigation which has involved questioning hundreds of people and knocking on the doors of over 600 properties. Charlene, aged 35, was last seen in the Adamsdown area, and she has a distinctive dragon tattoo on her back.

The case gained momentum after complaints from Charlene’s family over delays in the investigation. They reported feeling unheard when initial concerns were raised, and it took a lengthy six weeks for a missing person file to be opened. Charlene’s cousin, Dean Hobbs, expressed frustration, suggesting that more evidence might have been gathered if the case had been prioritised earlier.
South Wales Police has acknowledged these concerns and is reviewing their handling of the initial reports. They describe the ongoing investigation as “complex and meticulous” and continue to seek any information that could lead to Charlene’s discovery.
Let’s hope for a breakthrough soon. Stay tuned for updates. 🕵️♂️🕵️♀️ #FindCharleneHobbs #CardiffPolice #MissingPersonAlert
