📢 Shocking Hospital Bed Deception!

In a mind-boggling case, Adrian Sine sent explicit messages posing as a predator while recovering from heart surgery in a hospital bed. Thinking he was chatting with teenage girls, he was actually messaging decoy accounts run by a paedophile hunter group.

The Swansea Crown Court judge found the behaviour beyond comprehension, and the offence came with dire consequences for Sine. He pleaded guilty to attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child and received a 12-month prison sentence per charge, to be served concurrently. He will spend up to half of his time behind bars and the rest on licence.
Sine’s actions have cost him everything – his reputation, his home, and his family. Originally from Llanelli, he was an electrical engineer in theatre until just two years ago. Heart surgery brought him to the hospital, but his shocking actions there have left his life in ruins.
During his hospital stay from March 19 to 25 last year, Sine started conversations with what he thought were underage girls, discussing inappropriate topics. To gather his address, a member posed as an old school friend on Facebook and even offered to send him a “get well soon” card. The gathered information ultimately led to his arrest.
The judge remarked on the lack of explanation and motivation from Sine to address his actions, which indicated a dangerous interest in young teenage girls. Consequently, Sine is now subject to a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and will be registered as a sex offender for the same period.
