His existing sentence is a hefty 14 years for another vile act in 2021, where he viciously attacked and threatened a woman, even in the presence of others, showing a blatant disregard for others’ safety.

The judge has labelled Morgan a dangerous offender, satisfied that he poses a significant risk to the public. This means an additional 10-year sentence has been tacked on, consisting of six years in prison followed by four years on license. Morgan must serve two-thirds of his new prison time before the Parole Board even considers releasing him.
