🚨 Transfer Update from Cardiff City! 🚨

It’s almost deadline time, and Cardiff City has made some crucial calls regarding our young talents. Both Tanatswa Nyakuhwa and Luey Giles will be staying with the Bluebirds, despite some tempting offers to head out on loan.

Nyakuhwa has caught the eye of Scottish club Kilmarnock, thanks to his standout performance in the Carabao Cup against Cheltenham Town. He’ll now continue fighting for a first-team spot, especially with Ollie Tanner out due to injury. Watch out for newbie Omari Kellyman, who’s adding depth to our wings and brings flexibility to the squad!
Luey Giles, another of our Wales youth internationals, will remain an option for manager Brian Barry-Murphy. With limited options at left-back, it’s great news to keep Giles in the fold – and who knows, we might see him shine in upcoming cup matches!
We’ve seen a couple of departures too. Isaac Jefferies and Morgan Wigley are off to TNS and Barry Town United on loan, seeking valuable playing time and experience.
On the other hand, Omari Kellyman is excited to share his versatility with the team. Though he’s declared his preference as a No.10, attacking down the right suits him too. With injuries up front, Kellyman’s arrival could be just what we need to bolster both the midfield and attacking flanks.
Although there was chatter about a new central midfielder, it seems the Bluebirds are set with strong coverage, even following the unfortunate injury to Eli King.
As we wrap up this transfer window, it looks like Cardiff City has their squad ready to take on the challenges ahead. Get set, Bluebirds fans, for an exciting season ahead! 🔵⚽️
