π Exciting News from Cardiff! π


Cardiff students are celebrating outstanding A level results, outperforming the national average in Wales yet again! π Despite a slight dip compared to last year, the capital’s students shone brightly, with 36.3% achieving A* to A grades compared to the national 29.5%. The A pass rate impressively stood at 98.6%, and a whopping 82.8% of students earned A* to C grades! ππ

These achievements mark a fantastic post-pandemic performance, even topping 2019 results. Among the success stories is Paluck Bhandari from Fitzalan High, who is off to Oxford University to study law with her brilliant grades of two A*s and a B. ποΈ Meanwhile, her fellow student, Kate Mingo, bagged four A*s and is headed to the University of Leeds. And Milly Pugh is taking her talents overseas, preparing to dive into sociology at Connecticut College in the USA! βοΈπ
From Llanishen High, star student Maksim Hudzishevskyy is on his way to Cardiff University to study accounting and finance after an impressive set of results. Not far behind, Gabriel Dias is set for an adventure at Liverpool John Moores with plans to celebrate the night away! ππ₯³
