Inmates at HMP Swansea can expect to start their day with Weetabix and a hot cross bun before enjoying choices like turkey with Yorkshire pudding, salmon parcels, or a vegan option with cranberry en croute. Desserts include Christmas pudding and a spiced apple crumble.
✨ Over at HMP Berwyn, prisoners will kick off Christmas with a sausage bap and mince pie. For the main meal, choices include a beef and suet bake, halal turkey, or a veggie Wellington, ending with chocolate cake.
✨ HMP Parc in Bridgend is offering roast chicken or turkey with all the trimmings, or for something different, salmon fishcakes or a vegan vegetable bake. Sweet tooths can look forward to Christmas pudding and cream.
✨ HMP Cardiff adds variety with options like halal braised chicken and butternut and apricot roast for vegetarians. Meanwhile, evening treats feature steak slices and Christmas cake.
✨ At HMP Usk and HMP Prescoed, festive delights include roast beef, vegetarian roulade, or a vegan cauliflower steak. The dessert? Classic Christmas pudding with vanilla sauce.
