Heartfelt tributes are pouring in following the tragic loss of Daphne Stallard, a cherished 89-year-old resident of Llandudno. Daphne, a devoted mother to the Bishop of Llandaff, was well-loved in her community for her volunteer work at the Holy Trinity Junior Church. Tragically, she passed away after being hit by a council bin lorry on Monday in Brookes Street.
