🚨 A student who endured a dental nightmare is finally seeing some justice with a £26,000 settlement! 🦷💰

Back in 2021, 16-year-old Katelyn De Blick from Keighley had a tooth disaster that turned seriously scary. After a cracked tooth was just sealed instead of properly treated at her local dental practice, things took a frightening turn. The pain and swelling became unbearable, leading to an abscess that nearly caused sepsis! 😱

Katelyn ended up in A&E and underwent emergency surgery to remove the tooth and drain the abscess — leaving her with a scar and a lot of trauma. Fast forward a few years, and she’s now been compensated for the ordeal, although the dental practice still hasn’t admitted to any wrongdoing.
Despite the payout, Katelyn is left with the anxiety and a deep fear of dentists. She’s urging everyone not to ignore dental pain and to always seek a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right! 🏥🦷
The Dental Law Partnership helped settle her case out of court, highlighting how crucial proper dental care is. Katelyn hopes her story encourages others to be vigilant and speak out if they experience negligence.
