### Police Renew Appeal for Missing Welsh Teen, Last Seen Ten Days Ago
Concerns are mounting over the whereabouts of 16-year-old Noah, who vanished from his family home in Llantwit Major, Wales, ten days ago. South Wales Police have issued a renewed call for public assistance in tracing the teenager, after new evidence suggested he had travelled across the border into England.
Noah’s disappearance was first reported on Sunday, 20 April, after he was last seen in the early evening around 6pm on Stallcourt Avenue, Llantwit Major. His family, friends, and well-wishers have been growing increasingly anxious as the search enters its second week.
CCTV footage subsequently emerged showing Noah at a train station, confirming that he boarded a train and travelled to Birmingham New Street station. Investigations have revealed that his route took him from Llantwit Major, passing through Bridgend and Bristol, before reaching the West Midlands city. Detectives are now focusing their attention on the Birmingham area, where Noah was last definitively spotted.
Noah is described as being approximately 5ft 8in in height, of slim build, with mousy brown hair. At the time when he was last seen by his family, he was wearing a distinctive green Nike tracksuit, black trainers, and a ski-style balaclava. However, subsequent sightings on CCTV indicate that his clothing may have changed; he is now believed to be wearing a grey tracksuit along with his black trainers.
South Wales Police have made a public appeal, saying: “Concern is growing for Noah, aged 16, who is still missing. He was last seen on Sunday, April 20 in the Llantwit Major area and is thought to have travelled to Birmingham by train, passing through Bridgend and Bristol. If you have any information about Noah’s whereabouts, please contact us referencing 2500124597. You can provide information through our website or by calling 101. In an emergency, always dial 999.”
As the search continues, the police are working closely with British Transport Police and West Midlands officers in order to trace Noah’s next movements. The case is being treated as an urgent missing person inquiry, with officers reviewing hours of CCTV footage from train stations and public transport hubs along the route. So far, they have not disclosed whether Noah had any known contacts or plans in Birmingham.
Noah’s disappearance has sparked a wave of public concern throughout Llantwit Major and beyond, with local community efforts coordinated to help raise awareness and share appeals through social media. Family members and friends have also taken to online platforms to urge anyone who may have encountered Noah to come forward.
Authorities emphasise that the community’s vigilance is crucial at this time. Public spaces such as train stations, parks and shopping areas in Birmingham are being scrutinised for any further signs of Noah, and members of the public are encouraged to keep an eye out for anyone matching his description.
The police have thanked those who have already come forward with information, and remind the public that every piece of information, no matter how minor it may seem, could make a significant difference in the effort to locate Noah and ensure his safety.
As the investigation develops, updates will be available via South Wales Police and local news outlets. Noah’s family continue to hope for his safe return and have expressed gratitude for the support shown by the wider community during this difficult time. Anyone with information is urged to act without delay and assist authorities in their ongoing search.
