🚨 **Serious Incident in Cardiff: E-Bike ‘Hit and Run’** 🚨
We need your help! A serious incident occurred on Penlline Road in the Whitchurch area of Cardiff, leaving a pedestrian severely injured. The collision was caused by an e-bike rider who shockingly fled the scene.
🕒 **When?** Around 7:30 pm on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
📍 **Where?** Near Coffi Lab on Penlline Road.
The pedestrian was struck as the e-bike rider overtook a car and continued at approximately 25mph. Despite the severity of the crash, the rider left the scene before emergency services arrived. The victim was rushed to hospital and is receiving treatment for serious injuries.
