An air ambulance made a dramatic landing right on a small roundabout in the heart of the village, capturing the attention of everyone around. The helicopter, from the Wales Air Ambulance, was responding to a medical incident on East Road, arriving shortly after 8:30 AM.
Thanks to the skilled crew, medical assistance was swiftly provided. South Wales Police also jumped in to help transport the medical staff from the helicopter to the scene.
A spokesperson for the Wales Air Ambulance confirmed their team from Dafen was on the scene by 8:39 AM and wrapped up their involvement just before 10 AM.
