Olympic sensation Adam Peaty’s recent nuptials with Holly Ramsay, daughter of the famous chef Gordon Ramsay, seemed to sparkle with celebrity glamour. But as whispers emerge, it looks like the fairy tale might have a few thorns. In a surprising twist, Adam’s family found themselves sidelined from the ceremony at Bath Abbey. Aside from his sister Bethany, who was right there as a bridesmaid, the Peaty family watched the spectacle unfold from afar.
Drama brewed when Bethany reportedly told their dad, Mark, that he could come, but he’d be seated at the back. Talk about a sticky seating plan! Adam’s mum, Caroline, opted to stay home with Mark, battling heavy hearts rather than crisis-worthy canapés.

But it didn’t end there. On Adam’s big day, a scathing text from his aunt Louise landed like a lead balloon in his inbox, slamming him for excluding his mum. On social media, Adam’s brother James posted and swiftly deleted a touching tribute featuring an old photo with their mum. Even an upside-down Union Jack at the Peaty home seemed to express the family’s distress.
Caroline nearly gate-crashed the ceremony, but decided against it to keep from storming Adam’s sunshine. Yet, she whisked up a wedding gift, hoping to patch the family fabric.
