Located at the historic former Llanwern steelworks site, this ambitious project is part of the expansive 600-acre Glan Llyn regeneration scheme. The new phase will feature five units, ranging from 44,000 to 115,000 sq ft, ready by the end of next year. But that’s not all! A final phase, bringing an additional 301,000 sq ft, is planned for completion by the end of 2028. π
Over the past ten years, Indurent Park has flourished with 550,000 sq ft developed across ten units.
