At a recent music festival, Charlotte Church made headlines once again, but this time not for her singing! Rumour has it that the Welsh singer had a bit of a camping kerfuffle. Initially set to share a luxurious yurt with then-boyfriend Gavin Henson at V Festival, things took a twist when Henson and his pals were advised to find other sleeping arrangements late Saturday night. The glamping site, complete with Egyptian cotton bedding and luxurious amenities, didn’t see much of Gavin that weekend!
This isn’t the only time Gavin faced rejection from sharing a space. Back in their heyday, Church’s strict grandmother made sure no overnight stays happened under her roof, believing in separate beds until marriage. In a throwback, Church once noted, “I don’t think nan would be very happy if I brought Gavin round.”
Fast forward, and while Gavin has now hung up his boots for the pub life at The Fox in Vale of Glamorgan, Charlotte found herself “murdered” on Celebrity Traitors. This intriguing TV stint was short-lived, with celebs like Alan Carr, Jonathan Ross, and Cat Burns deciding her fate on the show. While the cloak-and-dagger didn’t play in Church’s favour, she certainly knows how to keep life interesting!
