In a chilling development from France, a woman in her 50s has been arrested after the tragic discovery of two newborn babies in a freezer. Police were alerted when a family member stumbled upon the body of an infant in a bag inside the freezer. The disturbing find was made in the village of Aillevillers-et-Lyaumont in Haute-Saône.
