While the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast stole his heart, not every part of the journey had Rob swooning. He recalls four days filled with tarmac and caravan parks in North Wales—not quite the scenic escape he expected. Yet, Anglesey came through with its community vibes and beautiful landscapes. 🚜💚

Despite the gusty winds almost blowing him off his feet near Tenby, Rob’s spirit remained unbeatable. Along his journey, he was reminded of the kindness of strangers, enjoying evening chats with locals who fuelled his belief in the goodness of humanity.

Rob’s trek also turned into a charitable mission, raising £1,600 and counting for some worthy causes. Through all the ups and downs, Rob’s inspiring journey shows us that adventure can be the best medicine.
