The application is backed by Charles M Willie & Sons (Property) Ltd, with a vision to host Wilmores, the beloved local food experts. Perfectly situated with a strong high street presence, this spot offers great potential!
Plans include a chic new terrace area replacing the less-than-pretty entrance ramp. The historical charm will be preserved, with limestone and brick details set for a clean-up and facelift, restoring their original beauty.
Although there are some community concerns about the upper floor flats, overall, the project is supported by Penarth Town Council. Councillor Neil Thomas highlighted that it will transform a derelict building into a thriving space.
