Dressed in jeans, dark coats, and caps that scream ‘undercover cop’, these imposters had clearly planned their getaway meticulously. The scene turned even more chaotic when brave passersby attempted to confront them. In the midst of this, the victim was dragged with the car down the street but ultimately managed to break free. The modified Skoda collided with parked vehicles as it reversed at high speed before making its hasty retreat.
