On July 15, Lynda, 53, was involved in a crash in north Vancouver, which caused her vehicle to overturn. Despite sustaining injuries, she was discharged from Lions Gate Hospital the next day but wasn’t well enough to fly back to the UK. Heartbreakingly, just a few days later, she was found unresponsive at her accommodation. A coroner has ruled her death as “unnatural,” citing a motor vehicle incident leading to peritonitis as the cause. An inquest is ongoing.
