A man was left covered in blood after a shocking incident in Penarth. The incident reportedly occurred in the early hours of Saturday, 30th August. The victim sustained a stab wound to his arm, resulting in a substantial amount of blood loss, but thankfully, he is now recovering from non-life-threatening injuries.
Police urgently need to speak to a potentially crucial witness who reportedly approached the victim and suspect to check on their welfare during the ordeal. Their information could be pivotal in piecing together what happened.
A 30-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and is currently out on bail pending further enquiries.
