🚨 Justice served: Cardiff man jailed for 18 years 🚨

Liton Ahmed, 47, from Butetown, Cardiff, has been sentenced to 18 years in prison after being found guilty of multiple sexual offences against children. Despite denying the charges, a trial at Cardiff Crown Court revealed his crimes, leading to a decisive verdict.
In addition to his prison term, Ahmed must sign the Sex Offenders’ Register indefinitely and is prohibited from contacting his victims, thanks to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and restraining order.

Detective Constable Steven Taylor praised the bravery of the victims, saying: “Their courage in coming forward ensured justice was served.” He hopes this outcome offers the victims and their families some much-deserved comfort after enduring such a traumatic experience.
South Wales Police echoed this support, emphasising their dedication to treating survivors of sexual abuse with respect and upholding their dignity throughout the judicial process.
