Liam Brabham, 30, from Newport, is at the centre of the incident. After initially leaving the scene, he later handed himself in to the authorities and was swiftly arrested. Facing charges for possession of an imitation firearm with the intent to cause fear of violence, he appeared in Newport Magistrates’ Court on January 3rd. His next court date is set for January 20th at Cardiff Crown Court, where he will remain in custody until then.
