While Swansea Council initially turned down their request, the appeal was successfully upheld by a Welsh Government-appointed inspector. Becky Floyd, the pub’s landlady, shared her joy about the ruling, emphasising how the marquee has become essential for the community hub’s success. She also revealed plans for “a shiny new one” to debut this spring!
