👮♂️🚨 Big bust on Talbot Street! 🚨👮♂️

Imagine this: Two different properties on the very same street in Maesteg got a surprise visit from the police, all within nine days of each other. 🌿💡

First up, October 14th, at the old HSBC bank. Neighbours noticed something odd going on and tipped off the authorities. Boom! Officers found a whopping 300 cannabis plants thriving inside. No one was on-site, but plenty of evidence to go around!

Fast forward to October 23rd. Another alert from eagle-eyed locals led police to the former snooker and bandit hall. Here, they discovered remnants of cannabis plants along with pots, fans, and some dodgy electrical work that screamed quick hacks. Again, the place was empty, but it sure left a mark!
South Wales Police are on it, launching a thorough investigation and forensic work is underway. No arrests… yet, but it seems someone forgot to tidy up before skipping town.
