Tragic News from North Wales: A 25-year-old soldier, Stephen Hughes from the Royal Welsh regiment, has been found dead in the Menai Strait just hours after being reported missing. Stephen vanished from the Bethel area around 8.30pm on August 12, with his body sadly recovered by 11.30pm the same night.

North Wales Police have confirmed the heartbreaking discovery, with Chief Inspector Jon Aspinall expressing his condolences to Stephen’s family, who are being supported through this unimaginable time.
