A simple Christmas walk turned into a life-saving journey for Ania Hough and her son, Jamie. The 10-year-old from Kent had been suffering from headaches and nausea, but Ania initially thought it was a regular illness. When Jamie’s headaches became a daily occurrence and he began dragging his leg, she realised something was seriously wrong and rushed him to A&E. A CT scan revealed a choroid plexus carcinoma, a rare and aggressive brain tumour. Jamie underwent major surgeries and intensive chemotherapy, but today, he’s proudly cancer-free. Ania is now urging parents to trust their instincts and push for medical checks if their child has persistent headaches. Remember, sometimes a little walk can lead to big discoveries! #HealthAwareness #ChildhoodCancer #MiracleMorning
