Heartbroken Mum’s Fury as Driver Walks Free
A devastated mum from Cardiff is calling for justice after the driver who killed her 15-year-old daughter, Keely Morgan, was released from prison after just six months. Keely was tragically struck on a zebra crossing by a speeding driver, Christopher West, who was showing off to passengers. Despite causing a great loss, West claimed he didn’t see Keely and showed no remorse during the investigation and trial.
Sian Morgan describes her pain as “beyond broken,” feeling utterly let down by the justice system. Keely had bravely overcome chronic kidney disease and was just rediscovering her zest for life when it was cruelly cut short.
