Swansea Council recently shared that “significant progress” is underway to revamp and refit the space, with the finishing touches in sight!
Contractors started work last August to transform the grand store, and there’s a buzz that the ground floor will welcome two well-known retailers, while the upper floors are set to host a leisure operator!
While the council’s holding onto the big reveal of potential tenants, they promise that announcements on the exciting new names and their opening dates will come soon. They’re playing it close to the vest due to confidentiality in ongoing negotiations, but things are heating up, and discussions are in advanced stages with various retail and leisure prospects.
