HM Coastguard had tasked the Conwy Lifeboat at 20:13 to investigate. With three heroic volunteers aboard, the lifeboat scoured the area, assisted by North Wales Police, Llandudno Coastguard, and the Rescue 936 helicopter. It was a true team effort!

After more than an hour of thorough searching and chatting with folks along the coast and on nearby boats, the search concluded peacefully around 21:25. The lifeboat returned to base, ready for its next call to action.
