This plump purr-machine found herself in a bit of a tight spot—literally! Weighing in at a hefty 8.62kg when she arrived at Little Valley animal shelter in Exeter, Moose couldn’t even squeeze through a cat-flap. Her ginger fur was a tangled mess because she simply couldn’t groom herself.

But don’t worry, Moose is now on a mission to slim down and she’s already making progress. She’s shed nearly a kilo thanks to a strict diet and plenty of playtime in her new home away from home—the cat playroom. She’s got her own special room because standard cat-flaps just weren’t cutting it!

Moose is searching for a forever home where she can continue her weight loss journey. She needs a peaceful environment, loads of cuddles, and regular check-ups back at the shelter. This seven-year-old sweetheart is all about cuddles and purring like a tractor! 🚜💕 She may be able to live with primary school age kids, but she’d prefer to be the only pet.
