🚨 **Serious Collision in Gwynedd: Man Airlifted to Hospital** 🚨
A 78-year-old man has been airlifted to a Cardiff hospital following a serious road traffic collision on the A493 in Bryncrug, near Tywyn. The unfortunate incident occurred shortly after 9pm on January 21st when the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
The local police quickly responded, and the road was temporarily closed as investigations got underway. Thankfully, it has since been reopened. 🚑
Detective Inspector Timothy Evans has called for anyone who witnessed the incident or has any relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward and assist in the investigation. Of particular interest is any footage of a beige Renault Modus that was in the area between 8:45pm and 9:10pm.
