If you’re in the area, you’ll notice an increased police presence every Thursday evening thanks to a new dispersal order. Running from 4pm till midnight, this order allows officers to send anyone causing a ruckus packing and even seize items used in the misbehaviour.
Parents, they’re urging you to keep an eye on your kids and know their whereabouts because no one wants to face the knock-on effects of anti-social behaviour. According to Sergeant Molly Llewellyn, there’s been a noticeable uptick in troubling activities, and the community won’t stand for it.
