Exciting news for Denbigh locals! 🏡❤️ The cherished Brookhouse Mill, which sadly closed in 2022 after the passing of its beloved owners, is gearing up for a much-anticipated reopening this spring. Having been in the Hall family for over four decades, the historic venue faced an uncertain future until its recent acquisition by Stange and Co, a group renowned for their popular spots like The Cottage Loaf in Llandudno and The Erskine Arms in Conwy.

Set on the bustling A525, this former 18th-century water mill is getting a fabulous makeover! Thanks to a generous £850k investment from NatWest, the pub will see the addition of a sun terrace and a charming garden room. Plus, with 35 new jobs on the horizon, it’s great news for local employment.
The revamp is well underway, with recruitment in full swing. Exciting roles like the general manager and head chef have already been snapped up, and more positions are being filled rapidly. While the exact reopening date remains under wraps, the target is set for the end of April, so mark your calendars!

Stange and Co has expressed their enthusiasm, saying the pub has immense potential and will surely become a vibrant hub that both they and Denbigh can take pride in. Here’s to new beginnings and a promising future for the Brookhouse Mill! 🌟🍻
