Increased police presence aims to deter such behaviour and ensure the safety of wildlife along this scenic canal. Gwent Police have pledged to continue these patrols, urging the public to remain vigilant and report any incidents immediately via 101 or 999.
In light of these events, officials are also reminding parents and guardians in Cwmbran town centre to keep a close eye on their children’s whereabouts and activities, especially given recent spikes in anti-social behaviour.
