Heads up, folks! If you’re hitting the M4 today, be prepared for some serious delays. There have been multiple crashes causing congestion, especially near the Prince of Wales Bridge. The collision on the eastbound side near Junction 23 has led to heavy traffic, and there’s another incident further west between Junctions 35 and 36.
Traffic Wales is urging everyone to take extra care as “poor driving conditions” are affecting the roads due to adverse weather. They’ve advised drivers to allow more time for their journeys and drive according to the conditions. Speed restrictions are in place from J35 Pencoed to J49 Pont Abraham.
🚨 Update: Lane three of the Prince of Wales Bridge is blocked because of a collision. Traffic officers are already on the scene, so expect delays in the area.
