A heartbreaking development in the search for missing 19-year-old Alan Hirst. A body has been discovered near the Welsh border following a desperate search after Alan was last seen in Leintwardine on Thursday night. While we await formal identification, authorities have sadly informed his family, ensuring them that support is available during this unimaginable time.
The West Mercia Police have confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious and have extended their sympathies to the family. Alan was believed to have been cycling towards Adforton, possibly along the A4113 and A4110, when he vanished.
