Situated near Skewen Park, just two miles from Neath, this ambitious proposal aims to deliver a purpose-built, modern care home on the property’s grounds. Initially opened in the 1980s, the current facility cares for up to 35 individuals, but with these new plans, the home’s capacity and services are set to improve significantly.
The new development promises en-suite bedrooms, communal lounges, dining rooms, and beautiful landscaped gardens, crafting a welcoming environment for residents. Plus, it’s not just about the residents; local job opportunities are also on the horizon!
With 19 visitor parking bays and nine additional spaces for staff planned, access should be smooth for everyone visiting the home.
