Francis Page shocked police call handlers with his unsettling confession during a 999 call from Barry. Claiming to be a “naughty boy”, he was caught pleasuring himself while on the line. Page’s lawyer mentioned he was struggling with mental health issues and alcohol use at the time, but the judge remained firm, handing him a 10-month prison sentence.
