The bills cover maintenance and repairs but lack transparency. The uncapped charges—over £500 per household annually—come as a shock. As Geraint Evans, another resident, puts it: “From £13-£14 a month when I moved in to nearly £60 now—it’s unreal!”
Melissa Jenkins adds to the concern, highlighting how these costs appeared minimal initially, but have spiked unexpectedly: “None of us are happy. We’re told we’re paying for things that don’t seem relevant to our property.”
Feeling like she’s going in circles, Xiaorui Chen says the communication’s been confusing: “Seeing the charge jump from £12 to £60, I just don’t see what they’re doing.”
