Get your winter gear ready, Wales! ❄️ The Met Office has unveiled weather maps showing snow heading our way this week. Starting Friday, February 13, snow is expected to blanket parts of mid, south, and north Wales. It’s time to dig out those sledges and scarves!

The forecast warns of “cyclonic patterns” dominating, bringing cold temperatures along with potential snow showers. A yellow weather warning for rain has also been issued, primarily affecting south Wales on Monday. So be prepared for a bit of everything—snow, rain, and strong winds.

If you’re in the north, you might see snow sticking around through the morning before creeping southwards. Areas like Merthyr Tydfil and Pontypridd could have some snowy scenes, so keep an eye out for those magical winter views! As Friday afternoon rolls in, rain showers might make an appearance, especially near the Fishguard coast.
Pack your brollies and warm coats if you’re out and about, and why not share your snow day snaps with us? Let’s make the most of this winter wonderland before it melts away! 🌨️✨
