Two immersive zones, St David’s Peculiar Place and Amy Dillwyn’s Dark Park, offered a wide array of spooky experiences.
Kids and adults were entertained by live music, games, and a fancy dress competition at the main stage, while roaming acts like Zombie Zumba and Slo-ride with cycling sloths added a unique twist. Professional performers had everyone on edge with eerie stories and spine-chilling encounters featuring Dr Fly and Bigfoot.
Local historian Mark Rees shared tales of folklore and mysteries, diving into Swansea’s haunted past. And who could miss the giant Octoplasm, with its big eyes and tentacles, adorning St David’s multi-storey car park?
Swansea council leader, Rob Stewart, hailed the event as a monstrous success, calling it a highlight of the city’s events calendar. He promised more excitement to come, with the Super Spectacle Fireworks Display set for November 5. 🎆✨
