🔍 Dr Elissia Franklin from Silent Spring Institute reveals companies often don’t disclose what chemicals are used, leaving consumers exposed to potential health risks, especially for black women who seem to be at greater risk. Her team’s study tested 43 products and found 169 chemicals, including flame retardants and pesticides. Shockingly, 900 chemical signatures were observed, with 17 linked to breast cancer.
