🚨 Tragic Accident Alert: A pedestrian has tragically lost their life following a car accident on Heol-Y-Sarn, near the Royal Mint in Llantrisant, on Wednesday evening. 🚗💔
Emergency services, including paramedics and the Wales Air Ambulance, rushed to the scene shortly before 6 p.m., but sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Our thoughts are with the family and friends at this difficult time.
South Wales Police are now appealing for any eyewitnesses or individuals with dashcam footage from the area between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to come forward. They are especially keen to speak with a man wearing orange high-visibility clothing who may have interacted with the pedestrian just before the accident.
