In heartbreaking news, Donna Ball, a loving mum-of-four, has tragically passed away following a severe crash on the A4119 bypass near Williamstown. The collision, which involved a car and a van, also left Donna’s young daughter hospitalised.

The 19-year-old van driver from Newport has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, along with two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
